Martin Radosvetov

Managing Partner, CEO and CRO

Martin has over 20-years expertise as Head of „Investment Banking“ and „Corporate Banking“ in the largest commercial banks in the region and was lead manager on the largest syndicated deals in M&A in the Balkans. From 2009 until 2016 he was Adviser to the Board of Alpha Bank in Bulgaria. Since September 2017 he advises the European Commission on financial reporting and legislation as a member of the specialized advisory body EFRAG. He was Chief Compliance Officer at SIS before being appointed Chief Executive Officer and Chief Risk Officer in 2019.

He holds Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from the University for National and World Economy, Sofia and an MBA under a joint TEMPUS program from London Guildhall University. He is certified in Project Management (by PMI) and Structured Finance (by EM). He is a lecturer in Project Management and International Business at the University for National and World Economy, Sofia.

Svetozar Abrashev

Senior Managing Partner, Chief Business Development Officer

Svetozar joined SIS in 2008. He has held the position of Head of the Investment Committee, Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, before being appointed Procurator in charge of business development and strategic partnerships.

He started his career in capital markets in 1998 and is presently one of the most experience capital markets professionals in Bulgaria. He had leading position on a large number of privatization deals and has extensive expertise in structuring public and private placements, financial engineering and private equity fund raising.

Atanas Videv

Head of Brokerage Services

Atanas Videv has over 20 years experience in capital markets. Certified by the Commission for Financial Supervision as a Stock Broker since 1999. Throughout his experience, he’s held managing positions in various investment intermediaries and asset managing companies in the country.

He has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Economics from the University for National and World Economy, as well as a master’s degree in Econometrics from the University for National and World Economy.

Margarita Barova

Chief Financial Officer

With over 19 years of experience in capital markets, where she works since the creation of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, Margarita is among the leading professionals in her sphere. Master’s degree in Finance from the University for National and World Economy, Sofia and is certified as a securities broker by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission. She was Chief Compliance Officer of SIS before being appointed as Chief Financial Officer.

Ivona Boncheva

Manager Back Office 

Ivona Boncheva has 5 years experience in the financial field. She has a bachelor’s degree in “Accounting and Control” from the University of National and World Economy (UNWS), as well as secondary-special education, majoring in “Banking”, completed at the Commercial and Banking High School – Sofia. She is currently completing a master’s degree in “Financial Management”  at the University of National and World Economy (UNSE) – Sofia.

Ivaylo Valchev

Corporate Finance

Ivaylo Valchev has over 17 years experience in corporate finance and deal structuring, being part of some of the largest deals in the Balkans. He is responsible for the analytical and research work in the company.
He holds MBA from Bayes Business School and a masters degree in economics from The State University of New York.
